Shareholders at Barna, Guzy & Steffen Hold Annual Meeting and Elections

The law firm of Barna, Guzy & Steffen, Ltd. held its annual meeting March 25, 2017 at Bunker Hills Golf Club in Coon Rapids. The meeting included a gathering of the Board of Directors, a State of the Firm given by William F. Huefner, reports from the Practice Group Managers and elections.
The Board of Directors re-elected William F. Huefner as Firm President and Chairman of the Board; Charles M. Seykora was re-elected as Treasurer, and Bradley A. Kletscher was re-elected as Secretary. Adriel B. Villarreal and Tammy J. Schemmel were re-elected for three year terms on the Board of Directors.
Re-appointed as Practice Group Managers were Michael F. Hurley (Real Estate/Corporate) and Joan M. Quade (Litigation/Municipal); Adriel B. Villarreal was named Practice Group Manager (Consumer) for his first term.
The firm looks forward to a very successful year as it plans to continue efforts to grow and serve the community it has served since 1938. The firm also congratulates these attorneys on their achievements.
